The competition method

Cross planned during inspection + full F2L + OLL and PLL in a single look. It's the method used by practically the entire world top — more cases to memorize, much more speed. Cross, F2L, OLL and PLL are already complete on this same interactive cube.

Press the CYCLE button (the little cube icon, next to the Aa letters) to swap the colors so they match your own cube.

Some cases have alternatives by pressing that same icon (⇄): a different formula that solves exactly the same case. Having more than one in your repertoire is very real — many speedcubers switch between them depending on how their fingers feel on a given solve.
